ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Airways or DME arcs are ignored when importing flight plans from simbrief or from EFB.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Create a flight plan with Simbrief that uses airways and DME arcs. for instance, LFBO to LEZL using ILS 27L Z and RUVEN. Load it to the MCDU using any method.
- All waypoints from LFBO departure to HIJ are ignored. If you replace the airways by Directs to the waypoints then the waypoints are correctly loaded to the MCDU.
- The DME 8 arc on approach is ignored and the flight plan passes from RUVEN to final directly.
