Best airline “career” mode add on?

I have tried a few different ones from OnAir to FSEconomy to A pilots life.

I am just seeing what yall recommend as the best. There are pros and cons with the 3 I mentioned of course.

OnAir’s biggest con to me is the price and it’s a subscription. FSEconomy con was its super outdated and seems like a dead product.

A pilots life has a few cons for instance the XP earning system, the schedule system is rather bland in the sense you either have to refresh a schedule for minutes on end to get routes you want to fly or just pick a schedule that flies to the same few places. And the scoring system for XP is decent but there’s things that shouldn’t matter for instance the landing rate.

Anyways just trying to see what else is out there that is recommended. I’m not looking for anything that requires me to start with a Cessna or something like that I have no interest in flying anything other than airbus or Boeing.

I’m using A Pilot’s Life since Dec 2018 and with the expansion is quite reliable as program with career mode.

I am using Air Hauler 2. Where you can fly cargo and Pax and create your own airline.

I use a freeware website which allows career mode with mainly CARGO planes. It has FEDEX, Lufthansa, Emirates etc…I feel it quite simple and well managed. It has a simple ACARS software to log the flights and manage finance under career mode.

I haven’t tried any other addon but I love A Pilot’s Life. The career mechanics, scoring system, and weekly and random events are really well designed. I’ll be flying the 100th flight of my career today and this addon has provided a real purpose to keep on flying airliners.
