With the understanding that none of them might be 100% “high fidelity”, is there Concorde addon someone would recommend that is halfway decent?
I’m reading the book “Concorde” by Mike Bannister and it’s starting to give me an itch I need to scratch, if you know what I mean 
There’s really only one I’m aware of. DC Designs. There’s a lengthy thread on it you can search for.
DC Designs’ example is decent and will give you that fix. I’ll have to give that book a read
DC Designs if you are ok without INS

I’d love to see a higher quality one on here, I was put off by the current offering I thought the interior was a bit low quality. It needs the gauges and switches etc to be far higher quality to do this old girl justice.
FS LABS is also making one
Flight Sim Labs’ Concorde is in Beta now for P3D, and the MSFS version will follow. It will have what you want… like full INS simulation, full systems fidelity and plenty more. Go have a look at what is previewed for the P3D version. We can expect for the MSFS version to be just as feature rich.
