I use a Thrustmaster Airbus Throttle that’s small. It’s narrow enough to fit between my mouse and keyboard. Quality is ok and it doesn’t cost much.
Only two levers.
Ok for an Airbus, but how do you manage throttle, propeller and mixture with a piston or turbo prop engine ?
Those 4 M3 screw holes you can see in the recesses in the bottom drawing posted earlier are what are intended for bolting it down (60,5mm spacing in width, 43mm spacing in depth). Beyond that it comes with 4 attachable anti-slip pads that go into the corners. Honestly, you might not even have problems just having it on the table with the pads if you are say just using three long levers with the adjustable damper loosened all the way (in which case the levers are light enough to be easily moved around with little finger pressure, it’s perfectly usable and they don’t become floppy or anything) but it would restrict your options.
You could also use velcro, but that would require attaching it on the table as well. Getting extra modules like a SEM next to it or the MFH would increase the stability, but then it wouldn’t be compact throttle anymore.
Maono Maonocaster G1 NEO!
Think outside of the box. and it has extra buttons.
