What is the best way to record VR flights with the Quest 2 via the LINK cable? I am running it through OCULUS rather than the STEAMVR. I am currently using Oculus Mirror into OBS, and the quality is ok, but it stutters and crashes the game once it starts recording during flight. I have a high spec PC, so am sure it should be able to do it easily.
Can anyone please help me?

Have you tried the built in Oculus Quest 2 video recorder?
I’m interested to know about this. You can record within the oculus it’s self?
Yes it has a built in video app to share stuff. It’s a bit low res but very easy to use and runs direct in the headset so does not take away FPS.
Far better solutions will be available but it does the job.

Same issue while having oculus mirror + obs!
I figured out that all of my VRAM was used! (11GB rtx2080ti)
The only way I found for recording is:

OBS capturing game window (the screen with the 2 eyes)
Croping the window in obs only on a rectangle on the right eye
I also tried steam vr + capturing openvr in obs same issue: VRAM 100% = stutter/lag
