How does the game run on Xbox possibly without Fps drops, stutters, CTDs:

With the third parties (World Updates 1 - 10, Microsoft’s ones as Halo Pelican and Top Gun Maverick, Orbis Flying Eye Hospital, plus other sources’ third parties as some Boeings and eventually the A321neo i am planning to download from Sim Market…

Or without them and instead using only vanilla game’s?

The world updates improve the scenery significantly and I recommend installing them.
I don’t get why you call them 3rd party, they are Asobo upgrades that come with the original game…

Could the world updates improve also the sim performance or do they improve only the sceneries?

Only the scenery, the performance is likely to be affected indeed, because of more PG areas and DEM resolution.
