All these “cleaners”, are completely unnecessary and do nothing but cause trouble. You don’t need them. At. All.
Windows 10 is very good at taking care of itself. If you really want to clean just use the built-in Disk Cleanup. (Tip for those who might not know: Click the “Clean up System Files” button and you might well see Windows Update files taking up a bunch of space. Like 4GB.) so you can regain a lot of space.
If you must defrag (which again I feel is not needed on todays systems even on spinner drives) use the native app that comes with Windows. If you have an SSD download the monitoring program from the manufacturers website. Like Crucial Storage Executive or Samsung Magician.
Going off on a small tangent: same story with Android . The Google Play store is FULL of “cleaners” and “RAM cleaners” with pretty graphics of animated brushes, rockets and trash cans. No no no and no. Android is very very good at managing resources and these apps do nothing but make more work for the OS. Use the native functions and all is good. Unfortunately these useless apps have gazillions of downloads giving the false impression that they are needed
