Minor Update 1.6.54.Experimental
GSX Integration - as the result of our user requested feature survey, we have the initial integration with GSX. This is currently limited to auto selecting the BATC assigned parking in GSX when you request taxi on landing and triggering the start of the pushback flow in GSX when you request pushback from ground. The feature can be enable / disable from the options menu. We are looking for other GSX features we can automate within the bounds of what GSX allows us to do. GSX integration will remain experimental for sometime.
Message of the Day - so that we can let you know of important updates there is now a message(s) of the day popup in the initial screen of BATC.
Traffic Stutters - a large amount of the traffic code has been refactored to help improve main thread blocking issues. This version should be substantially better stutter wise than 1.6.53 but there are still a couple of areas under review. You will only notice these improvements if you have good and stable FPS in the sim itself - it can’t magically fix stuttering frames if you have 10fps in the sim ![]()
Traffic startup time - there should be less load time when starting a flight with traffic enabled.
Traffic Parking - there were some large bugs left in the previous builds with respect to traffic parking and further improvements have also been added to help ensure aircraft park in the most suitable spot based on our traffic data.
Fatal fixes - fix fatal errors associated with the frequency manager, traffic injection and METAR downloads.
Airline Data - updates for airline callsign data / vas
AIRAC Mappings - Procedures and navaids pronunciations updated for AIRAC 2505
Airport Ops - many more ‘complex flow’ based ops and also some substantial code fixes that may have caused occasional ‘no runway’ errors.

This is our first release after most of the dev team have been on vacations for much of May - expect more regular updates moving forward again! We have put some updates on whats next in the Discord channel.
A reminder this is an experimental build, with experimental features. It may have bugs that were not in the last experimental build. If you have issues please report them in the support forum and / or revert to EA build for a more stable experience.
