Big stutter when opening the ingame panels (weather, camera, controls, fcr)

Description of the issue:
Every time i open the weather, controls, camera or fcr panel during a flight i experience the game freezing for nearly a second.

This is particularly annoying in my motion simulator as it creates an abrupt movement that is very unpleasant.

Same issue, also same issue when opening the Camera, Controls and FCR menus.

Issues does not exist for EFB, ATC or GSX windows.

Issue correlates to a large negative spike in GPU/CPU usage.

I also noticed the same.
@SimSoaringClub : if you can also reproduce with Camera , Controls and FCR menus would you mind update your title & description to reflect it happens with those items too ?

• Stutters happen even without any mods installed. Also happens if I choose basic low demanding area with simple small aircraft. Changing settings, to lower resource usage for example seems to have no effect to alleviate the stuttering.

For me these panels all stutter when opening: Camera, Basic Controls, Weather, Cog wheel.

These did not stutter and opened normally: EFB, Communications.
FCR seems to not cause the sim to stutter, but the panel itself opens in a very stutter like way.

Addon panels are a bit different. GSX seems to work fine. Navigraph charts seems to stutter some times, usually first time you open it, then it will smoothly open the next few times unless you wait a bit, then it will stutter on opening it again.

System: 14900k, rtx3080ti, 64GB RAM, Win 11 23H2. Steam version of the game.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

When opening the weather menu there is a small stutter (I suppose in the weather system itself) which causes the plane to momentarily experience turbulence as the wind seemingly turns “off” then “on” in a momentary blip.

Weather settings:

Happens regardless of live weather or custom weather.

  1. Be in flight.

  2. Open weather menu with top menu bar.

  3. Observe plane shift as it suddenly hits an “air bump” when the wind goes on/off momentarily.
