ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When opening the weather menu there is a small stutter (I suppose in the weather system itself) which causes the plane to momentarily experience turbulence as the wind seemingly turns “off” then “on” in a momentary blip.
Weather settings:
Happens regardless of live weather or custom weather.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Be in flight.

Open weather menu with top menu bar.

Observe plane shift as it suddenly hits an “air bump” when the wind goes on/off momentarily.
