Yeah, this is in my backyard. The new Bixby Bridge is nice… until you realize that the auto traffic is still driving down the roadway on the ground and back up again. Kind of an immersion killer.

I noticed, these Californians seem to have very strange driving habits ! 
(seen that on a lot of bridges over land… somehow the road is assumed by AI to always be at the base plane level…)
