You should lower the 2D graphic resolution and rendering of fs2020 (ex : 800x600 and rendering to low), otherwise you will get a strong increase of loading time of VR data (several minutes) before FPS stabilizes at the right value.
Nota : During the test , if you quit the windows focus off fs2020, you will have to wait the same time to get the right FPS performance
