Bing maps server issue? / missing satellite image

I dont get Bing maps satellite image for every area anymore.

Despite having excellent imternet connection and every data setting turned on, only around 1/6th of all the terrain are being downloaded from the servers, the rest is the ugly generic terrain.

Is there a known issue with Bing maps servers currently? Does anyone have tips how to fix this? I kindly ask for help, cause now my flightsim is like FSX so its useless. I have an image as an example of this scenery / maps issue

note the generic terrain in the background as satellite image isnt downloaded there. Never had this issue before.

OK, now it seems to be suspicious that I only notice Bing downloading issues in the southeast Asian, Hong Kong area.

Anyone else has experienced (suffered) this?

Used to be a similar issue in Canada but no idea if its better now.

Fortunately i did find the cause:

Bing data cannot be loaded in China

Chinese players said: “we can only close Bing to play, otherwise, we will always be stuck in the add-on.”. I don’t know English, so I can’t change the region. I hope Microsoft can treat all Chinese players equally, and let us have a fair and normal experience of the game like other players. But I can’t load it even when I hang up VPN. Some people can, even at a certain stage of a game update. I don’t want to get involved in politics. I just hope that if Microsoft forgets, it will pay attention …

I was scared that I have this issue alone and must re-install de whole game
