Can confirm just got this issue out the blue and it was due to Pimax software being launched before the game…..same issue as above with no sound coming through
Confirmed this is now happening to me as well. No solutions found in this thread has worked for me.
I have a similar problem, except if anything related to Pimax is running in the background (e.g. their launcher app), not just Play itself, I get the blank map etc. If I kill anything starting with “Pimax” in Task Manager before starting MSFS 2024 then the blank map etc. are gone… but then when I start Pimax Play the sim doesn’t recognise that a headset is connected…
Did you find a fix?
I had the same issue and found a fix : In the Nvidia control panel, DO NOT select “Fast” in Vsync. Any other choice works fine. Cheers !
I now have the same issue after 150 hours running 2024 absolutely trouble-free. AMD GPU, no VR. Any help with this gratefully received, thank you.
