ISSUE DESCRIPTION
-
Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
- Yes, I have no community mods/add-ons installed.
-
Description of the issue:
- Upon launching the game via the Xbox app on PC, the game displays the splash screen followed by the “XBOX Game Studios” logo. After this, the screen stays black. Exiting the game forcefully generates an error message indicating a problem with the graphics device (Error: S_OK (0x0)). I left the game for the day. Next day, I could initially access some UI elements about narration and graphics settings, but the background remained black. Attempting to start Free Play resulted in a black screen with audio, making the game unplayable. Subsequent attempts to launch the game result in a black screen after the logo, with no UI appearing
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
