Black screen when loading sim

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Sometime when loading the sim I wont see the loading video or sound, just a black screen with the loading status bar at the bottom. The loading status bar eventually disappears and the screen just remains black. The only way I have found to fix this is a reboot, which seems to work every time, but it is quite annoying have to reboot.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1.Start the sim from steam
2.See blackscreen with not loading cinematic
3.Wait while loading bar progresses then see just the blackscreen.
4.Reboot PC then sim works.

What peripherals are you using, if relevant: Not relevant.

[PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it?

Developer mode enabled but only for the show fps function, no other changes made.

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?

[PC Only] Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version:

Nvidia 2070 Super Driver version 566.36

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?

5700X3D 2070 Super 16gb ram.
