The Bonanza does not have a Condition lever. It has Throttle, Prop and Mixture.
Condition levers are a Turbo Prop thing.
There are no Turbo Prop Bonanza. They are all Continental Piston Engines.
They do have a model with a Turbocharged Continental Piston Engine but that is a different thing altogether to a Turbo prop.
THIS is a Turbo Prop ⦠you will not see one of these in a Bonanza.
There are no Turbo Prop Bonanza
There actually are! Though itās an aftermarket conversion not offered by Textron.
Aināt that a sleek looking plane
Unfortunately uninstalling and installing again (twice) did not help. I did try and power down some electronics also. I am very happy with the product, just disappointed when I have to continuously see the flashing āSTBY ALTā light on.
When I donāt use a hardware-switch (Bravo) I have no problem. So I use the mouse (on screen) for switching the alternators. And then I get not a flashing āSTBY ALTā.
It is a hardware binding issue. Whatever you use for turning on the alternator, change or disable it.
I know you are all on the Baron now it has been released but wanted to share my gauge reflection experiment on the Bonanza at sunset.Exploring all the possibilities to enhance this wonderful panelā¦a learning curve !
That is beautiful!
Can I hit the heart twice. Your doing an amazing job I canāt wait until your ready to share.
I suffer from the ānever satisfied of my workā syndrom and to be honest 15 days ago i didnāt know how to work with PBR textures and just acquired a photoshop licence so as to work with the right tools. As i said iām a beginner and thereās room for improvement.I have begun to share my work with some people but iām not totally satisfied with what iāve done so far.But be patient it will be shared soon⦠I just want to improve my technic.Obviously, these modifications will be done also on all other Black Square products.
Well for someone who ājust startedā I think your work is amazing. :).
I wish I had the patience and tenacity to learn about painting textures and editing PBRs.
Got it. I know the difference I guess my question was about why my Honeycomb Bravo levers were not working.
As it turns out, it was more related to SU12 messing with a few of my controls and had to reset most of them.
Thanks.
navigraph will allow their chart in the bonanza !
more info about this and other aircraft concerned at : Navigraph
This isnāt new, the GTN750 premium from PMS50 has had this ability for a very long time, and it works in any plane compatible with the GTN750 on the cockpit panel.
didnāt knew how exactly this worked, and limitation before, today I just received an email speaking about it and the bonanza, so I transmitted as I thought it was new and not possible before for this aircraft
Just a few quick questions, anybody noticed that the oil temperature drops to zero very rapidly upon shutdown? Like within a minute? The cylinders seem to take a while to cool as you would expect.
Also is the TAS scale on the ASI right? If Iām using it right then Iām getting like 230kts at 21,000 feet with 25 square rich of peak at about 17.5gph?
Would that thing be even able to carry enough fuel to give a decent range with a reasonable payload to be worth the expense of that conversion?
Agreed been using Navigraph and the PMS50 GTN750 since the Piper Arrow first released. Almost two years ago.
Excellent addon, really enjoying it next to the Kingair.
One thing i noticed is that when selecting COM2 monitoring on the GMA340, it does not open COM2 Rx on vPilot/VATSIM. The COM2 MIC button does enable COM2 in vPilot, but only Tx/Rx simultaneously.
