Anyone have either the Islander or Trislander for MSFS 2024? I’m using the Steam version, neither the Islander or Trislander will make take off power, the propeller RPM will barely make the bottom of the green arc. Any combination of throttle, prop rpm, mixture or carb heat will get the prop rpm to the top of the green arc. I cannot make take off power. Thanks in advance.
I have the Islander and it does work fine for me. I am, however, an Xbox user.

I have Islander from BlackBox simulation and have simmilar problem with take off power. Max. speed 60-65 kts one climb to FL. I have FS2024 from MS store PC version.

They know about this and they are working on an update. It’s a known issue with some models. I think what many developers are worried about is that they fix issues that exist now, and then MS produce an update which undoes their good work. But they have said in the other thread that they are updating for compatibility and are actively working on it.

If you pull the mixture back you will get more power. I also have a strange ticking sound I can’t get rid of in the islander…very annoying.

For me is problem with Islander solved. Todays MS FS 2024 beta 1 update solved problem with low power Islander BN-2.
