Brief description of the issue:
Since the last version / or since my change of graphic card (it happened at the same time), I have blinking horizontal line over the main menus. I think it could be related with nvidia dlss.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
open the sim, go to main menu , look at the horizontal line in vertical-middle of the screen. the line is going over all the tiles.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
core i7 8700k, 32 gb ram, playing in 2k, dual screen with vsync enabled (60 hz), nvidia rtx 4070 ti (before: rtx2070), ssd samsung 1 tb nvme (system), ssd firecuda 530 4 tb (data and flight sim),
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.34.16.0, driver geforce 537.58
