Found the first link yesterday, the last one I didn’t see so thank you 
I did find out it ain’t the CPU that’s the bottleneck : it run 65/70% and most of the times not even in boost speed.
The GPU utilization is between 94 and 100%
VRAM usage is between 50 and 55% , maybe turning texture synthesis on would impact the load on the GPU so this is something I like to try.
