Hello, have you cleared your cache?

Yes reinstallled and clear chache 32 GB and dont work

I guess that’s this is Asobo bugs… we can’t doing anything with this so maybe you can use other airplanes :airplane:

I am on pc too but cannot reproduce. Could you provide steps you are following to try to replicate the take off issue ?

Not right now… and anyway i just recording video and you need look at the video to see the issue.

The 737-8 MAX is definitely broken; we clearly have to wait for a hotfix or an update. I have tried a clean reinstall and kept all other aircraft in ‘streaming’ mode without installing them to avoid conflicts, but the issue persists.

The Asobo 737-8 MAX is currently unusable. It is impossible to take off without crashing. Even if you disable ‘collision damage,’ the aircraft is completely uncontrollable once airborne. The trim behavior is erratic and ‘crazy.’ I don’t believe it is an MCAS simulation issue since I haven’t even enabled that option; the aircraft is perfectly configured for takeoff and climb, yet it fails to perform.

In contrast, the iniBuilds Airbus works flawlessly. It is shameful that Sim Update 4 improved rendering and graphics but completely broke the avionics and flight model of their own ‘study-level’ aircraft. For those of us who paid €140 for the top-tier edition, this feels like a scam. This studio has lost all the credibility it had.

Would it be worth it to purchase the iFly 737 Max and give that a try?

Go and buy Ifly 737 max, I have it and the works and, they also have support on discord and mail on the website. I think, is better for you and use your energy there maybe i take wrong but is best and use your time for something as working anyway.

I bought the iFly 737 Max. Way higher fidelity than the Asobo 737 Max. You will not be disappointed. It is well worth the money. Flight physics are much closer to a real simulator than the Asobo, which is too twitchy.

The problem is that I’m on Xbox, and developers usually only release those products for PC—except for PMDG and iniBuilds, who do bring theirs over. It’s a shame; I would definitely buy it if it were compatible.

I been having this same exact issue for almost a week now! Made sure everything was set perfectly but happened over and over again on career mode. Wasted lots of time and credit transferring 737 to try different runways with no luck

The leading cause that I’ve found is that the plane’s door is often left open after the jetway is disconnected. I’ve added checking outside view to make sure the door is closed to my pre-takeoff checklist and haven’t had any crashes since.

I have trying to explain this chase so may time, but Asobo don’t take this feedback seriously  it should have been edited of some others development as flybywyre exempel. Its must I guess that this aircraft can be much better.

I guess my question with the Asobo 737-8 is it seams to work fine on the PC. But its bugged on the console. What version of xbox are people using?

One of your doors are still left open, I’ve had the same issue. It’s a new bug since SU4, sometimes the door stays open. Re-entering the aircraft or starting then stopping passenger boarding should fix it. But this is just one of the new issues though, the 737 remains unplayable.

I have flown well over 100 hours with the Asobo 737 in SU3 and I can tell you confidently that the plane is 100% messed up in SU4 to the point I haven’t touched it at all anymore. The only Asobo aircraft I fly now are the 747 and Cessna 172S.

It seems to have increased drag and friction, because landing it requires more than 70% N1 each time whereas it used to be around 55% which was in line with reality.

I’ll try it tonight then, thanks.

I know it has. Was just reassuring OP that it’s not his fault, the plane is just full of bugs since SU4.

The engines aren’t producing actual power. I can manage to take off, but at 2,000 feet, the aircraft is unable to climb to 8,000 feet at 1,800 fpm. The airspeed is inconsistent; it can’t maintain 245 knots, which is the standard speed below 10,000 feet. In fact, the speed drops to 180 knots at that climb angle. A real aircraft would handle this performance profile without any issues, but this Asobo ‘botch job’ is completely broken.

Hopefully they fix it; it’s a disgrace—especially considering we have the 2020 PMDGs. It’s shameful to have to pay €30 to update them for 2024 after already paying €140 for the Premium version. It’s pathetic.
