Is there a way to dim the standby PFD in the 787? The buttons on the unit don’t work and I couldn’t find a knob for it like there is in the 747-8.
Not sure if this is the issue you’re looking at, but did you try the inboard/outboard display lighting/contrast controls under the heaters to the left of the yoke (when it’s visible).
