On the Honeycomb throttle quadrant I do get afterburner on full throttle.

If you bind your throttle axis to “toggle afterburner” It will work with your current throttle selection and go into full burner… It looks amazing.

can you send me a screenshot of this binding

same on Xbox with an Hotas X no afterburner. I bind “toggle afterburner” to a button but didnt see any change  I also dont found that button in the cockpit to click on it manually with the mouse (I assume in real it start automatically if you go full throttle but not sure).

The setting in in the Instruments and systems section of the controller section. If you bind it to your throttle, just like in the main throttle control section, it will accept both bindings.

And, if you think about it - in the real thing - you have to lift a Detent Trap to get the Throttles to go forward to the Afterburner Stop - which is basically, throttles fire-walled.

So I actually think this is a good way to simulate demanding Afterburners.

And when you back the throttles off - back past the Detent - the Afterburners cease and even if you go up to the MIL Power Detent again it won’t re-light them. This is also real world.

How do you do that with the only “A” key bound to the throttle?

I don’t see the after burner option in the Xbox controller game menu (playing on a computer).

I don’t see that option. Using Xbox controller paired with a computer.

No matter what I try, and I’ve tried a lot, I can’t get the right afterburner to fire in the FA-18. Maybe the plane is corrupted. Is there a way to delete the plane and reload it. Or has anyone else had this problem?
