Same issue here, but only with this livery.
That suggests is not Asobo’s fault but just the livery
It’s an Asobo livery. 
Seems to be related:
Somehow they managed to break the animation/model by a livery…
If you land at high speed with the gear up it will grind all of those parts down for you.
