Did you ever get it to work? I purchased this thing on 2020 standard edition but it ported to my 2024 Premium Deluxe version, yet I can’t click it in the aircraft selection menu as it freezes up and I’m forced to restart the game. Any luck? I’ve e-mailed BA support so hopefully I get a response.
So I’ve been in contact with BravoAirspace about this and they have stated that they were unaware of this issue. They’re looking into a fix for it and will investigate it further. However, they also said that their 787-10 dreamliner is based off of the Asobo one and still suffers from the dreaded speedbrake/reverse thrust spin-out as seen on AeroGaga Aviation’s youtube video.
We can only hope this gets patched asap as it makes landing the Dreamliner an utter nightmare.
I have the same issue now, I am using SU1 Beta and managed to port the Kuro 787/8 in however when I did this for the Bravo 787/8 it worked initially (once) and on the second occasion a day later it now just causes MSFS2024 to freeze and requires restart of the sim? Strange as it worked on first occasion, i used SimBrief and completed a flight from Frankfurt to Manchester without issue. Look forward to Bravo working this one out.
As this aircraft relies on the 2020 Asobo 787-10, which is (afaik) fully encrypted in 2024, this aircraft will not work until either the encryption is (at least partially) removed or the 787-8/9 is completely rebuilt to remove the dependencies. It sounds like BravoAirspace is beginning the process on the latter, but I imagine that will be many months (if not a year or more) away.
In their website, Bravoairspace, pretend the 787-8 works in the FS2024. They even published a guide on how to make it work which does not work, yet they keep acting like if it works!
