Whenever I read this, I’m curious to what extent people are doing this.
Do you reinstall everything or are you just reinstalling the base sim and then pointing it to your intact Content directory?
I unlinked all my sceneries thanks to Addons linker (sceneries, FSLTL, FStraffic).
I only saved GSX and Navigraph data.
I reinstalled my aircraft for peace of mind.
And I have not experiences any stutters on touchdown since (about 10 landings).

Are you still able to add the sceneries that you are going to be using, on any particular flight, without stutters, or are you just using default sceneries?
Have a 4080 and a 7800x3d. Want stutter free at iniBuilds scenery? Switch to DX11. I did and now no stutters at LAX, SAT, DTW or JFK. And LAX and DTW with HD textures. iniBuilds designed their scenery for DX11 and have stated they will not optimize for DX12 until out of beta.

Can’t go back to a lower framerate after getting used to the 100 fps range.
