I flew over a few of them at a lower altitude, and for the most part, they seem to be football pitches and athletic fields. I did a screenshot of a couple of the areas in your shot, which are below.

No, not the football fields, I can understand that those are brighter as they usually have flood lights to lite them them, I meant the very bright bright light brown things… took your images and circled the stuff I meant

Looking at “that other map system”, it’s hard to tell what the AI interpreted as those bright areas. There are a bunch of reddish colored large roofs, and a set of 5 clay tennis courts, and the large brownish “sportcampus zuiderpark” area. But I think it’s just bad AI interpretation of whatever’s in those areas.
