FBW experimental version.
Although I have adjusted the brightness of the monitor to the maximum and the panel lights are all on and adjusted to the maximum, if I move the point of view upwards the panel appears exaggeratedly dark, and it seems impossible to read the displays.
If I move down, everything goes back to normal.
Solutions?
It looks like the eye adaptation function of the sim is doing this. I solved this problem by switching ON the autocontrast feature of my monitor. If you have it on your monitor or TV check is it ON or OFF and try them, this will not help with everything (clouds will be more bright:))) ) but may help in the cockpit.
Unfortunately, I don’t have this feature on my monitor (MSI Optix MAG322CQR).
I saw this post
https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/instrument-readability-cockpit-too-dark/309363/221
And I have to try to set EyeAdaptation 1 to EyeAdaptation 0.
But the effect is really too powerful, so you can’t see anything if part of the view is oriented outwards.
