I had issues after the latest update as well. I went from a rock solid system at first, stutters for a little while, then CTDs constantly. 3 days of troubleshooting lead me to my RAM. I underclocked my Vengence 3200 RAM to 3000 and voila, solved the stuttering and my gpu is running solidly.
It’s worth a shot if you know how to do it.
