Since you’ve added the ms-store tag I thought you were under that version. I have updated it.
Regarding Steam there is that post that indicates a path but OP is not sure: Advice Required: How to do a complete reset of MSFS 2024 - #7 by gwnaydennl2. So maybe it is under “remote” as you mentioned.
If it does not work then the cloud save functionality seems to be different between ms-store & Steam. Don’t know what else to recommend here. Hopefully some Steam users would be able to provide some guidance.
