Buildings at night overexposed (for example Washington DC?)

Hi all,

Not sure if this is new or if I’m doing something wrong, but I noticed that while flying at night in MSFS 2024, many buildings are overexposed with the highlights blown. For example, flying around Washington DC at night. Anyone else experiencing this and any tips? My display settings are in HDR (on PC via 4090)
