Bunch of terrain issues around ENGM - Any fixes avail?

Hey Gang!

In trying out the ENGM fantastic freeware scenery addon, I could not help notice a bunch of terrain spikes and anomalies around the area. Is there a fix for this by any chance out there?

At EDDL aswell, strange Hills that disappear when you fly directly above them. But at a certain range they appear again. Looks awfull
