Of course it doesn’t have to be that way if you just change your gpu settings.
Im in need of a backplate and the spring inside of the 3090fe, it was previously water cooled im trying to go back to stock please help

My RTX 2060 regularly sits on ~83C
You need to speak to Nvidia about that. Try opening a support ticket with them, or the vendor if you didn’t buy direct.
