Bush Trips - no achievements?

Hi there,

ive completed recently the bush trips of switzerland and the balkans. But i did not get any achievements.
I dont know whats wrong, i do not use the “Back on Track” feature, but i crashed once in the balkans and used “return to last waypoint”, and iam playing on PC

So many hours invested in bush trips without a reward :frowning:

Any ideas?

don’t worry we are in same boat, made twice the patagonian tour, and one time the nevada without rewarding achievelement ( I m using Steam )

be carefull with the devmode On too, it disable the records in the logbook and I think I have read somewhere the achievement are based on this aswell

Still haven’t managed Balkans, but Patagonia and Nevada worked fine for me. Switzerland doesn’t have one.

recently ? look like some xbox user also had issues Bushtrip achievements still broken after patch (XBOX) - #6 by ccrbc

Yea, I think it’s a combination of very picky requirements and people not flying them right. It did take two tries for Patagonia. I flew the whole thing on autopilot and it cut a couple corners pretty far away to turn the aircraft. When I went through the next time, I still used autopilot but paid attn to make sure I went over every point as exact as possible and the achievement popped. No clue if that’s what the problem was or not, but it seems plausible.

I didn’t get them super recently, no. Oct of last year. It was well after SU5 that seemed to break a lot of things though. At the time the Balkans was a mess and kept resetting part way through. They finally fixed that, and I’ve flown it twice with no reward though : /

I intend to fly Balkans through very carefully all by hand at some point… But I’m still missing 6 other achievements so it’s not a high priority as yet :slight_smile:

Edit: This is Steam though. Comparing to Xbox may not be relevant.

I made all my bushtrips flying by hand, following the magenta line, without AP and when I don’t have the magenta I use LNM as a assist (like for the nevada one) :frowning:

about steam vs xbox I know it s not really relevant comparing stricly those platform but you are missing PC users commenting in this thread ( like KE5BM2732 & YaHoo9595 or few others)
