Hi , did this ever get fixed? I sort of have the same problem but when I do bind it the switch in the cockpit starts flickering when turning on and I hear this noise like a fan with a piece of cardboard in it. When I unbind then it goes away.

Nope. I transitioned to VR some time after this and, so, preferes the virtual in-cockpit switches anyway (since I simply can’t see the physical ones).

Did you try using SET PUMP on the ‘on’ position, and nothing on the ‘off’ position? Any difference?

Same problem with a CH TQ. I think those assignments are just dead. I’ve also noticed that NAV Lights On / Off also don’t work. My workaround is to assign Toggle NAV Lights to both the up and down positions, then at least it works but I can’t get anything to work with the fuel pump.

I have this problem as well on the Honeycomb Bravo. I have no problem binding keys to it, but this one will not function no matter where I map it.

There is a command under Misc. for “toggle fuel pump”, however it doesn’t seem to work very will with a latching switch!

Indeed it doesn’t work. A toggle function does only work with a button that gets pressed and released immediately. Then one press and release toggles it on, the second press and release toggles it off. It doesn’t work with switches, which remain released or pressed until we set it otherwise.

What we really need is a fuel pump off and on action, which we can then connect to the resp. release and press event of a certain switch.
We seem to have this option, pump off and on, but it isn’t working at all.

I´ve set one of that buttons for the fuel pump, I tested it on Cessna 172 and works fine if after switching the fuel pump ON you wait 2 or 3 seconds before switching OFF.

A little late to the party.

I have managed to bind the fuel pump in the C172 to a switch on the HC Bravo.

It comes under Electric Fuel Pump 1 toggle. It works well.

I had to assign it to “Set Electric Fuel Pump 1” on a Honeycomb Bravo in a C172.

With the latest update to the Sirius SR22, the Set Eletric Fuel Pump activates the ‘Prime’ position of the fuel pump rocker. I would like to have that action set the Boost position of the same rocker switch as we don’t have a three way switch on the HC Alpha or bravo. Any ideas which action I should map the switch to, to activate the boost position? TIA
