Finally, my sidestick and quadrant arrived two days ago, just in time for the engine switches to work
But I was wondering how you guys assigned buttons 6 & 7 (the ones left and right to the norm-switch)? I tried to map APU gen, main switch, bleed to one and Bat 1 & 2 to the other, but that didn’t seem to work. So right now I am looking for a good use of those two buttons. You guys got any suggestions? What did you assign to them?
BTW, figured this was not a “problem” or “bug”, so I posted it in the general discussion. If this belongs to third party stuff, I am sorry for misposting (is that a word?) it here.
I assigned one to “set Altimeter” an alternative to the “B” button on the keyboard.
The other, I leave it to open my Pacx interface.
Before, I assign it to the Toggle Beacon Lights with the intention of switching the beacon lights close to the engine start. But I end up had a different idea where I just assign “Set Beacon Light” to the master engine switches. So it’ll automatically turns on whenever my engine is running, and will turn off whenever I switch off the engines.
