DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Unable to use the aircraft specific EFB in the C17 on Xbox. I have both a series S and an X and both experience the issue. The EFB boots up ok, but nothing happens when I click on any of the payloads or doors. I’ve ensured the aircraft is powered up, all hydraulics systems are active and the hydraulics warning disappears, but clicking on any options has no effect

- Open msfs 24 on Xbox
- Open c-17 from cold and dark
- Turned on batteries, APU and busses
- Turned on hydraulics
- Turned on EFB

I’m still experiencing this, even with the latest Sim Update beta. I’ve disabled and enabled the C-17 with no difference

Does not work with mouse or controller on xbxo

• Xbox - load aircraft, it’s choppy and not smooth (like 10 FPS or lower)

• yes when I turn the plane on and go through all the right steps, I go to load using the computer and I click and nothing happens, paid $25 and it doesn’t even work. HUGE let down. Please fix this issue, it’s been months guys come on

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The EFB in the cockpit and loadmaster station in the cargo bay is unresponsive when trying select the options to open doors, manage fuel, Or choose a payload option. It boots up fine and I can switch between the SERVICES, FUEL, PAYLOAD, And DOCUMENTATION pages however I can not select any options on the pages.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, Different input devices and settings, but nothing seems to work.
This bug has been present since the launch of the game last year
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Always, rather starting from Cold and Dark or mid flight, anytime I use this aircraft the bug is ALWAYS present without exception.
REPRODUCTION STEPS

Load up the Sim.

Select C-17A.

Begin flight, Doesn’t matter what starting state the bug is present.
YOUR SETTINGS
I tried disabling all other Addons however it did not fix the bug. I use default Xbox controls

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Not all options in EFB is clickable. Only top section is working but rest of the tablet is unclickable.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Everytime.
REPRODUCTION STEPS

Spawn as C17
-
Power up the EFB left side ow captain seat.

Try to click options.
