Anyone else think the C 172 floater is quite prone to flipping over when landing on land with gears down?
At first I thought it’s cross winds, but even with low winds or and landing into the wind, this thing is almost always trying to flip to one side or the other as soon as it touches down. And I am only able to catch it with heavy rudder and aileron input, but it’s always on the brink of disaster.
I have no problems landing the regular C 172 though.
Is this some issue inside the sim or is it really that delicate to land a plane with two floats and retractable gears on hard surfaces?
