Brief description of the issue:
Recognition light switches cause lights to flash while in steady mode and vice-versa.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Move switches, observe results on the top and bottom of the aircraft. Red, green, and amber can only be seen while in flight, on the bottom of the fuselage between the engines.
