Brief description of the issue:
The transponder’s red light does not periodically light up in ON or ALT modes, nor does it light up solid when in TEST mode. In real life it blinks red when interrogated by a radar system and solid red when in Test. This was incorporated at my request in the Cessna 182RG and should be done in the same way for the C207.

Not practical. Observe red transponder light not blinking when interrogated by radar.

Turn on battery and avionics, then turn on transponder to ON, ALT, and TST modes.
