ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: When mapping a control for the Condition Lever in the C208, one must use a Mixture mapping rather than a Condition Lever mapping.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Map an axis to Condition Lever 1 Axis
- Enter C208
- Move axis and note no movement of Condition Lever
- Map axis to Mixture 1 Axis (-100 to 100%)
- Move axis and note Condition Lever now moves
