any help:

Want to purchase the cessna Longitude but it is not available in Career?
i have it in free flight, enough cash and al my certifications.

Any tips?

Nope, we’ll have to wait till they make them an option in career. CJ4 OR PILATUS 24 next best options in VIP.

  3. Note that Longitude is not available (especially in Charter/Passenger)

If you look at the aircraft in the Marketplace, it specifically states it is not available for career.

This is not a “3rd party” add-on in the sense that it came WITH the Premium Deluxe package I purchased and there was no “marketplace” when I purchased this and I do expect MS/Asobo to support the planes they include in their packages and not go “SURPRISE – NOT SUPPORTED – HAHA” so please move this back into Bug reports.

This is NOT a bug reportable defect.

There are many bundled aircraft that come with the various MSFS2024 license tiers that are not Career compatible/Career ready at this time.

Only Native MSFS2024 Aircraft are Career-Compatible.

There is a robust Certification Process that each aircraft, regardless of whether it’s First or Third Party, that must be completed. And then the usual Acceptance Process of the Marketplace will apply. Those certifications are ongoing. Your request is noted.

According to FAQ - owners of Premium/Premium Deluxe editions of MSFS 2020 will have all their aircraft rollover into MSFS2024.

Since this is complicated thing to explain with my autism, I will explicitly use the CITATION LONGITUDE as my example.

Firstly - the FAQ says this:

Secondly - this - assuming previous edition rollover planes are included:

As it does not indicate if this also includes rollover planes from MSFS2020.

However - this does not seem to be accurately represented in sim.
A number of my MSFS2020 Premium/Premium deluxe planes are missing in MSFS2024 - but some career planes are also affected.

So the rollover planes does show for FREE FLIGHT.

This affects Career Mode more than free flight.

  • I own MSFS2020 PREMIUM DELUXE
  • I own MSFS2024 STANDARD EDITION
  • According to FAQ, I should also have all of my MSFS Premium Deluxe aircraft included.
  • According to FAQ, I should see the Citation Longitude in career.
  • I have access to CJ4 in career - and can see 787.
  • Some of my Rollover Planes from MSFS2020 are available in FREE FLIGHT in MFS2024 - including the CITATION LONGITUDE, 787, C152 Aerobat, DA42, G58, etc.

So to clarify - I own Citation via Rollover from 2020, But this bug also affects other planes ( shock ultra ).

- I do not have access to the CITATION LONGITUDE in Career.

  • I DID have access to the Citation Longitude in Career previously - in November.
  • I do have access to it in Free flight.

Before anyone says only standard edition is available in career

  • Other players have access to their Citation Longitudes - which is not a Standard Edition Plane - and the FAQ is incorrect in this regard because SAAB340 and some others are currently usable from higher editions.

it was available but then disappeart… its shoking that we only have a handfull of planes in career… its a fullprice game and it feels like early access…
i realy hope they add way more planes into career and also the premium deluxe 2020 planes into career very soon..

Has anyone figured out why the Cessna Citation Longitude is no longer available in Career Mode or found a way to unlock it? I’d really love to fly it again.

If there’s no workaround, I really hope the devs bring it back, as it’s one of my favorite jets in the sim!

This was spoken about in the developers live stream last week. It is delayed in Career mode but will be back in it at some point. I forget the reason they cited but go listen to the youtube vid and hear for yourself.

This is my favourite plane and perfect for career mode. Please add my vote to be reinstated in career mode.
