Cabri Governor still surging after SU5

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Cabri Governor is still surging the manifold pressure when flying and was not fixed in SU5.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Everytime I fly the Cabri

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Load Cabri

  2. Turn on Governor

  3. Fly the aircraft at 80 to 90 percent power
