In the Guimbal Cabri G2, there’s a red map light that either seems to be on or off, and I can’t find the switch to change it. I have tried the three-way switch which controls the white cabin lights, but it did not work. Does anyone know where the switch/dial/knob to control the red map light in the Cabri is?
Turn the NAV lights off. If Nav lights are on at nighttime, so is the red overhead light to supply ambient lighting to the pilot without impairing night vision.
