I am using the Microsoft Store PC version on an Alienware Area51 laptop.
I have never noticed a Camera Panel (or a Checklist) in the toolbar.
The Camera Panel is missing in the Toolbar.
Both are there, look harder…open the settings on the toolbar and move the required slider to ON. You might have to scroll down the list to see all options, but camera and checklist are most certainly there.
