My program (Logitech Gaming) want to access .exe file for creating gaming profile.
But when i trying - i can get access? Why? How i can fix this?

If i take ownership, then it’s back again, and Windows Store stop Working. It’s bad adwise and not work

Not possible. Those files are actually not there. The encryption system Windows uses for gamepass stores everything on an encrypted image and extracts/reads as needed either in memory or virtual memory/pagefile. Those are the file placeholders contained in the image for faster indexing but you cannot access them. The Exe is locked out.
Only workaround is to purchase on steam.

Not without refunding and repurchasing on steam as far as I know.

Yep. MS are stinkers when it comes to giving access to FS20 .exe files. I have given up. All I wanted to do was place a shortcut on my desktop, but noooo. Does someone have a workaround that works?
Just drag the Start menu FS2020 icon onto the desktop (which make a shortcut to the game) works flawless…

Do you by chance know if this will still work without Steam installed? I only play flight sims, but I’m using Synapse.
There need support from Microsoft.
I see two ways.
- refund and buy game in the steam
- microsoft allowed access to files.

As there are no Win 10 drivers for my Microsoft Trackball Explorer,I use X Mouse Button Control App to send trackball inputs to keyboard commands, I need access to the 2020 Exe! The take ownership hack didn’t work…
