How is that video of any use? his memory and vram budget are over retail budget, how is he still getting those fps?
Have you tried Medium graphics settings? I see you have most at high with some at Ultra. I’m not sure you’d notice much difference in your view but it might make a big difference in fps. You can then try various high settings to see the impact.
