Can anyone verify a CTD when trying to manually cache anything?

Tried several times now, once it starts downloading at 0% an immediate CTD.

We are aware of crashes when using Manual Cache and we are investigating it. Until then, the use of manual cache is strongly discouraged.

Much appreciated. Noticed the map is also all stretched and slanted at an angle.
