Can I bind control mapping to Aircraft

Hi Guys, Is there any way to attach a control (Joystick) mapping profile to an aircraft? It is a bit difficult to manually select custom profile that I have created for different planes?

Hi Jim, maybe if you download the Fsuipc beta for Ms2020, you can create mapping profile. I haven’t tried yet … I’m still downloading Ms2020!

Create a profile specific for the aircraft you want. Search YouTube Squirrel peripheral control set up.

The video explains how to set your controls including for specific aircrafts.

This website won’t let me link.

Thanks for the heads-up Feeble. I will look into this. All the best with your download and see you in the Sky …

Click on Preset Manager at the bottom. Then you can name the profile the aircraft name.

Something I found out it earlier today (I guess it’s yesterday now) was how much time it takes to setup your controls. I must have spent an hour, and the 1st 30 minutes was trying to figure out how it worked. I have pedals, a yoke and the throttle quadrant. So, it was a lot of confusion on my part.

Thanks for this. I have already setup the control profile, but when you change the aircraft, it persists. means that each time that you jump from one aircraft to another, you have go back to controls setting and select another profile, instead of automatically attach a set of profiles to an aircraft. “Something similar to DCS”.
