Used the $1 game pass trial to try out the game, everything is working smoothly. Is it easy to convert it to the ms store version without redownloading?
My impression is that so long as you do not change your MS account or gamer tag it should go smoothly - but I have not done it personally so no guarantees.
I let my gamepass trial expire and left the sim installed. I then paid outright for the standard version through the Microsoft store. I did not have to redownload anything.
It’s a smooth transition. The Store shows the words “Digital Ownership” after you buy.
I have game pass but want to cancel it. I noticed that you can purchase flight simulator through the game pass app. Will this still work or do I need to purchase through the Microsoft store instead?
